M.Phil. Social Management is a postgraduate academic degree course. Generally the course duration is two year and its syllabus is divide in four semesters of six month each. The goal of this course at providing a broad-based foundation in social service management, and helping candidates to have an in-depth understanding of current management theories and practices, and developing the skills and adroitness to apply management theories and practices in a rapidly changing organizational reality
