ABOUT ARNI UNIVERSITY:

With the aim of promoting inter-disciplinary higher education and research in the needy areas of Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, and J&K, Arni University (AU) was established by an Act No. 23 of 2009 of the Government of Himachal Pradesh and approved by the UGC, via Notification No-F No 8-5/2010(CPP-1/PU), dated 03 Mar 2010.

The University is situated in Kathgarh, Kangra, in the Himachal Pradeshi province. It is around 25 kilometers from Pathankot City and 6 kilometers from National Highway No. 1A (Four Lanes Highway). The university is located on one of the most beautiful, lush, pollution-free campuses, with a view of the Beas River and the Dhauladhar Mountain Ranges in the background.

ARNI UNIVERSITY FACILITIES:

• Boys' and girls' hostels are segregated and include state-of-the-art amenities.
